Aber heute waren wir mit Bekannten Essen, der Termin stand schon seit längerer Zeit fest. Und an der Einladung wollten wir festhalten.
Mein Mann und ich haben ein tolles 3*** Hotel Restaurant Niedersachsenhof ausgesucht.
Knusprig gebratenen Ente (komplett ausgelöst) mit feiner Orangensauce, Apfelrotkohl, Kartoffelklöße und Salzkartoffeln.
vorher gab es noch einen kleinen Gruss aus der Küche, 2 kleine Zwillingskartoffeln mit einer Quarkspeise, ganz lecker gemacht und abgeschmeckt.
Davon habe ich leider kein Foto gemacht das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht.
jetzt werde ich den Pinsel wieder schwingen, auch wenn sich meine Lust in Grenzen hält.
